yeah it varies from person to person but...when u love a person u will know when they have tears of joy and tears of sadness....its in us to know abt our loved ones...

yes they always tell about a relation...tell me when u have tears...if ur happy u have tears that tells that the relation with the person is good..and when ur sad and tears come the relation is not so good but ur trying hard to mend it....so tears always speak and tell...for me it does...as prajyot said it may vary for person to person...

:)...ur correct on the bad relation part....see take for example the post u made...if ur friend had got the visa there would be happiness tears in her eyes and she would have given a big smile to the consular and even thanked him so much..that says the relation she is thanking him because its happiness ..and she dint get the visa..she is sad the tears tell she might me not even liking to thank the officer....she might even hate him...so even without knowing the person u may have a relation of happiness or hatred on the opp person...its just my view again...i am not forcing it to be related and relate my post to something :)...just a view i felt in the morning with my tears...
