give me a break(Why Women R so Special...............)

Mum and Dad were watching TV when Mum said, "I'm tired, and it's getting late. I think I'll go to bed." She went to the kitchen to make sandwiches for the next day's lunches. Rinsed out the popcorn bowls, took meat out of the freezer for supper the following evening, checked the cereal box levels, filled the sugar container, put spoons and bowls on the table and started the coffee pot for rewing the next morning. She then put some wet clothes in the dryer, put a load of clothes into the washer, ironed a shirt and secured a loose button. She picked up the game pieces left on the table, put the phone back on the charger and put the telephone book into the drawer. She watered the plants, emptied a wastebasket and hung up a towel to dry. She yawned and stretched and headed for the bedroom. She stopped by the desk and wrote a note to the teacher, counted out some cash for the excursion and pulled a text book out from hiding under the chair. She signed a birthday card for a friend, addressed and stamped the envelope and wrote a quick note for the grocery store. She put both near her bag Mum then washed her face with 3 in 1 cleanser, put on her Night Solution & age fighting moisturizer, brushed and flossed her teeth and filed her nails. Dad called out, "I thought you were going to bed." "I'm on my way," she said She put some water into the dog's dish and put the cat outside, then made sure the doors were locked and the patio light was on.

She looked in on each of the kids and turned out their bedside lamps and radios, hung up a shirt, threw some dirty socks into the hamper, and had a brief conversation with the one up still doing homework. In her own room, she set the alarm; laid out clothing for the next day, straightened up the shoe rack She added three things to her 6 most important thin! gs to do list. She said her prayers, and visualized the accomplishment of her goals.

About that time, Dad turned off the TV and announced to no one in particular. "I'm going to bed." And he did..without another thought. Anything extraordinary here? Wonder why women live longer...? 'CAUSE WE ARE MADE FOR THE LONG HAUL...... (and we can't die sooner, we still have things to do!!!!)

Hi,

Every one will have certain goals and objectives to achieve in their life and I'm no exception. To pursue those goals I've decided to quit Wipro and continue the journey with another company and today is my last working day in Wipro. I would like to thank one and all for the co-operation though I must say my experience here is terrible mainly because of few persons and the working culture.

I've joined Wipro thinking of a good career ahead and was shocked to see the unprofessional working environment here. I've never come across such a working environment so far. The work place always used to remind the fish market because of termites like Raghupathy Rajeshwar Nuka, K.T.R.B Sarma and few others who liberally shout at every person, uses filthy language, crack adult jokes at the work place, openly flirts and what not they can even go to the extent of threatening people by saying they can throw them out of the company as if Wipro is their own company and can make the place a hell. And there are some people like Raj Komaravally, Hari Kumar C.K. who can give the statements like "I believe only in my managers and I don't need to meet any one below the level" and "management always supports managers". They can go the extent of giving generic statements like " in Wipro politics are more important than projects and Wipro works like this" and if you want to continue, you have to mould yourself and become dirty and unprofessional like us. It was very unfortunate that I've come across this kind of unprofessional persons here in these 8 months. The icing on the cake is Anu Pentareddy who does not even know how to behave with the resources, and never receptive and listens to the concerns of the resources and she is the resource manager for the horizontal and all she can do is to threaten the resources. And the worst part is nothing will happen and change even if you raise your concern in the so called ombudsprocess. Kudos Wipro, no one can find such a pathetic working environment like yours anywhere in the IT industry.

Anyways all said and done, people like me may not fit into this kind of working environment and my sincere suggestion to the HR is please conduct trainings in behavioral management for all the managers and to most of the persons with red and green tags. In my sojourn here I'm fortunate enough to work with Srikanth Natarajan, Shyam Challapalli, Rakesh Kotla and few of my development team who all are very supportive.

The lion thought its prayers were answered when one US Zoo Manager visitedthe zoo and requested the zoo management to shift the lion to the US Zoo.

Valentine's Day is the day to celebrate love. But if we move back to 1929, we find the horrific incident of St Valentines day massacre.
The St Valentine's Day massacre is the name given to the shooting of seven people as part of a Prohibition Era conflict between two powerful criminal gangs in Chicago, Illinois, One gang was called the South Side Italian gang led by Al 'Scarface' Capone and the other was the North Side Irish/German gang led by Geroge 'Bugs' Moran.
Deadbodies of seven well-dressed men were found in evening of February 14, 1929 inside the S.M.C. Cartage Co. garage in North Chicago. Those men were riddled with bullets and according to the the police they were shot when they faced the wall with their back towards their executioner. Except for Dr. RH. Schwimmer, all the other killed men were mobsters and belonged to the group of Bugs Moran. Capone wanted to eliminate his main rival Bugs and so he schemed a plan with his followers to lure the men of Bugs into the garage.
The victims of the Valentines Day Massacre 1929, were identified as James Clark (AKA Albert Kachellek), Frank Gusenberg, Peter Gusenberg, Adam Heyer, John May, Reinhart Schwimmer, and Al Weinshank, who it is believed was the man mistaken for Moran by the lookouts.
There had been some unanswered questions of this incident of Valentines Day murders, but definitely the prime suspect had been Capone. The bloodbath made on that garage became part of the history of Valentine's Day as the infamous St. Valentine's Day massacre.
We pray that we never will hear such bloodbath on any of the Valentine's Day ever.

Valentine's Day, though one of the most popular event without any religious undertone, has received the brickbats from many anti-valentine groups. Valentine's day may be criticized for various reasons but I like this event. I agree 365 days or rather 366 days (in case of a leap year) should be Valentine's day as love is always in the air but what's wrong in celebrating just one day in a special way? We have so many days dedicated to so many things, why not a day dedicated to love, the most precious of anything in the world. I think most of you know the history of Valentine's Day but still I feel like sharing it with you all.

The most well known legend is that there was a priest St. Valentine, the priest in the third century Rome, defied the rule of Roman Emperor Claudius Two and brought the wrath of the emperor upon him. Claudius Two outlawed marriage for young men so that they can serve the emperor's army better. But St. Valentine secretly helped the young couples to get married which led to his imprisonment and order of his death by the Emperor. Another story is of the unrequited love of the priest St. Valentine who fall in love with the jailer's daughter during the imprisonment. Before his death he wrote a letter to his love and at then end of letter wrote "From your Valentine". Although there is no conclusive evidence to decide about the authenticity of the stories but the myths certainly emphasizes St. Valentine as a heroic, sympathetic and above all a romantic figure

Guys today i am goin to specify some freaky things which happen during this time of the year (.i.e) durin the period of Valentine's Day ...Gals do all sort of crazy stuff which makes boys freak out...Top 3 things which makes boys loose their mind is ...

1.When a gal does not accept him as a Valentine
Gals do this on purposefully some times they want to test wat extent the guy can go to achieve her as a Valentine( Boys dont loose ur cool wen a Gal says no ..just relax take a chill pill if she does not want u then leave it go for a Gal who wants u more then anything) It's a fashion for gals to say wen they r asked something it makes them feel like they r some leader or something (I dont exactly know it) These gals want the boys to plead them to be their Valentine ( this is bull shit boys relax no need to plead if u truly love her she will come to u if not take it easy )

2.When u ask her to be ur Valentine and she says she already has one
Boys go crazy wen they hear this type of answer ...they start lossin their confidence sometime..they do weird stuff like shoutin on the other guy who already asked his gal out ( They be frank they start scoldin him in such a way that if he really listens to those words he will commit suicide immediately hahah :) )

3.Gals start callin u brother (this is the craziest thing which gals always do )

U think the gal is close to u... she is like a cool friend to u ( better say best friend) and the next wen the valentine day approaches the shitest thing happen's like they start callin u bro ( fuck wat the hell ) ...this is wat happenin from the past few years wen the gal things there might be a risk of u proposin to her then boom she does weird things like callin u bro ...Tellin she is like ur sis (all kinds of shity stuff)

Misunderstandin
hahahah that word it self says that ur misunderstandin me ...(hehehe just kiddin guys)
So anyone here understands wat the word actually says miss( means gal ) understandin (means understands u ) hahahaha (kiddin dude )
okok lets come to the point before u kick me for my pranks

so wat do u really think mis-understandin is this word is oftenly used these days u can observe in the world around u if u just check it out ...this misunderstandin between friends,lovers..virtual friends (ie people who meet through virtual networkin not in the real world) ....

Let me explain with some examples people these days r not mis-understnadin the friendship to be fake ...but mostly because there r some plastic's(freinds who cannot be trusted) these days ...people r in a false mind ...they r getin frustrated with some situations may be with friends lovers or anybody ...in this time of period wen they r in a frustration they get to misunderstand everything and everybody even if u say something is true they dont agree with ur decision...so misunderstand is caused by mainly false friendship anger and more over frustration ....

So guys r u in the list of misunderstandin any of ur close friends (not friends who r plastic u can always avoid them also if u would like to) I am there in the list of missunderstandin friends who r close sometimes had to say my srry for that otherwise may loose some of the close frinds ...so r u into srry or say go to hell with them ..

So guys today lets discuss abt trust …. Ok I ask u one thing before goin into details how many people do u trust for ur life ..and how many people trust u for their life ..? This is a simple question but very difficult to ans as I to don’t know the ans to myself (let me say the reason also most people I talk seem to trust me wen I talk to them and some people don’t seem to even believe me (but I am always truthful to everyone as per my knowledge and takin till now) ) (Let me tell one more thing also never trust people who act as if they r trustin u ..because these people r the most people who let u down)


How does anyone actually trust me or u or vice versa how do u trust them …. For all the experiences I got from the beloved world I live in and the lessons also which I got from it tell me to be truth to anyone even if it is ur enemy because being truth keeps some people at least near to u (they will be counted as ur true friends who believe u in any means they can bet their life on ur word)

Recently an incident happen to me as I was waitin for a friend of mine to come on line to chat wen atlast she came as usual I was chatin and after sometime I said tat I was waitin for u for a long (as I was waitin for only her ) then she said really is that true (here ends the story she thought I was bluffin (I hate to lie even if I had to die for that )) so one word u loose confidence in ur self u feel as if some burden has fallen upon u and yest an another incident happen with another I was into an argument into some matter(as I usually go into argument always because no two persons thought's r the same ) I asked her wat do u think of me ? Do u think that I am also like the people who try to flirt gals ( I even said road side cheap romeo) she replied I don’t know (wat the hell does this ans mean r u not sure abt ur friend don’t u have trust in him if u have trust u say no if u don’t have u say yes ) I felt very much for that ans wat does it mean yes... No... I am not sure .. Wat would u think that u r friend does not have even a small trust on u (literally I was very hurt yest I dint sleep for much time for that ans )( I have a small prob I think much of even small things even related to me or to moi friends I care to much of everthing)

So people trust someone if they r truthful to u if only u feel so otherwise leave them ( I trust most of my friends (these days I am freakin out because of some incidents like getin pissed off of some situations may be I am became a person just opp to me and stop trustin helpin and even takin to people ) to my life can u ?
