she said its very hard to work as a mech engg then a SE(software engg)People let me explain something here workin hard (This is the main concept here today dont get fed up pls read on ) means not just for mech engg or comp engg or chem engg ..hardness of work comes wen u loose trust in u (which is the only thing i have)
Ok let me go to some points in hardman ship
1.Never let go of ur trust on ur self if that's the case u lost ur battle to work
2.The work becomes hard wen u enjoy most of the time spendin time on some shit like chating goin to social networking sites(which once i did i accept that mistakes can be only overcome with experience we had so i stoped doin those i hope u will also stop)
3.Don't trust in partners to do the work they may be bust they may be struck up they may not show anxiousness to do it or they have other probs (dont depend that they may do the work for u )
4.Mosty this mistake everyone does (I did sometimes) becomin over confidence abt ur work sayin i can do it in no time can do it in last days also (this effects the mentality of the person givin u the work he thinks u may be actin to smart but cant do the work )Over confidence ruins u dont fall into it (my advice u dont have to listen if ur over confidence :) )
5.Last but the most never disclose ur idea's .. wat if some one steals ur idea's and implements them and gives it to ur boss and gets rewards then ( by this u get frustrated u seem u r being lowered in the position u feel hard to work there the hardship of work starts on uu let go of ur cool day by day so finally u quit one day )this is all because u let out ur ideas
so people nothin is hard in working ur mind trust ideas which makes it easy or hard depending how u obey to them
